What's listen skills : it is ability to accurately receive and interpretation massage in communication process

c) trending to ask rather than speaking

Empathic listening : 

a) listening more than talking 

b) respond rather than generation 

c) following rather than leading the speaker in area he thinks he should  exploring 

d) clarify what other other person has said  about their own thoughts rather than  asking questions ❓ 

Or telling him what he believes he should be thinking , seeing or feeling 

e) tend to create intimacy

It is important to dress appropriately  stand up straight and project  you voice to word the back of room 

Don't talk to much this will make you lose the audience attention 

You should avoid reading but talk us no body  enjoying seeing a speaker  burying his or her face 
In a script reading stiffly  from a piece of paper 

Try to talk from note if you using written - out text 

Try to look at it down at it only occasionally 
Maintain you eyes on the audience and remember to smile and pause , after comment  , give you  nervous time to settle

And inflection of you voice
